According to the project assignment, the reconstruction and extension of the existing shopping center with a construction gross area of 46,000 m2 with a building with ground plan dimensions of 40 x 125 m, 70% of the building is P+2 floors, while 30% of the building is P+3 floors.

The total gross area of ​​the extension is 17,050 m2.

The extended building is connected to the existing center with 2 bridges – tunnels, through which goods are transported and sorted by means of automatic conveyor belts.

The planned construction of the center is in 2022.
