ARCHITECT (M/F)

Your assignments:

• verification of spatial plans, urban conditions, creation of the project concept
• creation of conceptual, main, and executive projects of attractive hotels, public buildings, shopping centers
• creation of visualizations/renderings of your conceptual solutions, communication with the client, and entire project coordination
• performance details preparation, clarifications for contractors, design cost sheet preparation
• cooperation with designers from other professions in the company
• participation in project coordination

Requirements:

• degree in architecture
• you are creative, you want to leave your mark in the profession through successfully designed and executed objects
• minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant jobs
  you work in BIM software (Revit or Allplan or ArchiCAD)
• ability to coordinate other experts in the project, and manage several facilities in parallel, until the building permit or use permit is obtained
• meticulous in work, precise, responsible
• you like dynamic environments, business challenges, dialogues with project participants
• experience in creating conceptual solutions in 3D rendering and animation, creating main and executive projects of high-rise buildings, knowledge of the details of modern facade systems and steel design
• you have a sense of detail, are creative and love aesthetics
• you are good with spatial planning documentation, current regulations, and other generally necessary laws for the specified activity

DESIGNER OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS (M/F)

Your assignments:

• creation of project documentation of electrotechnical installations
• work in the creation of conceptual, main, and executive projects of electrotechnical installations in high-rise buildings (shopping centers, public buildings, hotels, commercial and residential buildings)
• areas of design: medium-voltage installations, low-voltage installations, low-current installations, structural cabling, lightning protection installation and grounding, fire alarm, CO detection, smoke extraction, CNUS, photovoltaic power plants
• cooperation with designers from other professions in the company
• participation in project coordination

Requirements:

• degree in engineering or electrical engineering
• minimum of 5 years of work experience in the profession in relevant jobs (experience in creating main and executive projects of electrotechnical installations in high-rise buildings)
• good knowledge of regulations, technical regulations, rules, and norms in the field of electrical engineering
• excellent computer skills – Autocad, EPLAN, Relux, Dialux, Word, Excell, PV-Syst (knowledge of BIM is an advantage)
• ability to coordinate other experts in the project, and manage several facilities in parallel
• meticulous in work, precise, responsible
• you like dynamic environments, business challenges, dialogues with project participants
• knowledge of the German language is preferred, but not a requirement

DESIGNER OF THERMOTECHNICAL INSTALLATIONS (M/F)

Your assignments:

• design of thermotechnical installations (ideal, main, and implementation projects) of shopping centers, and logistics centers, in accordance with the Client’s “standard books” and current laws and regulations
• Design of thermotechnical installations of public buildings, industrial buildings, and agricultural buildings
• design and/or professional supervision
• overview of the current condition of installations, boiler rooms, and engine rooms, creation of a snapshot of the current state, creation of reviews, opinions, and suggestions for optimization
• cooperation with designers from other professions in the company
• participation in project coordination

Requirements:

• degree in engineering or mechanical engineering
• minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in relevant jobs (experience in creating main and executive projects of thermotechnical installations in high-rise buildings)
• good knowledge of regulations, technical regulations, rules, and norms in the field of thermotechnics
• excellent knowledge of computer work – AutoCAD, REVIT (preferable knowledge of working in BIM), other professional software
• you are able to coordinate other experts in the project and manage several facilities in parallel
• meticulous in work, precise, responsible
• you like dynamic environments, business challenges, dialogues with project participants
• knowledge of the German language is preferred, but not a requirement
